Shipping Policy
We currently ship across the United Kingdom.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes between 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
Please ensure that all delivery details are correct at checkout. Bobbio Pets is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
